Premium CarCare seeks to provide a high-quality mobile detailing experience from the comfort of your own driveway. Thank you for considering our services and taking the time to check our terms and conditions. The following is designed to protect your rights and our own. By booking any service with Premium Car Care, you hereby agree to all terms listed in this document. 


 

Vehicle Terms

Please remove all personal belongings and trash from the vehicle prior to the service. If an area is not cleared of belongings, we have the right to not clean it for liability reasons. Remove objects such as booster seats as we cannot tamper with these for safety concerns. If excessive trash is present in the vehicle, you are subject to a Trash Removal Fee at a price of $50.

We reserve the right to change the price according to vehicle condition. We will always disclaim additional charges before beginning work. Pet hair, sand, food, and other messes are not guaranteed to be removed by our cleaning service. We make no guarantees when it comes to the removal of tough stains and odors from vehicles. Please note that some stains are permanent and beyond cleaning. Odors cannot be removed with our cleaning service alone. We are not responsible for damage due to heavily stained or damaged interior components such as dash buttons and knobs. Removal of caked-on dirt may result in loss of marking on buttons and knobs. Any wax we apply that is not properly cared for will not last its intended durability length.

Payment & On Site Service Terms

​

We require payment to be made in full on the day of service completion with cash. Refusal or failure to pay for your service in full invalidates our service guarantee. We reserve the right to legal action if payment is not met. We reserve the right to alter bookings in accordance with weather or equipment failure, in which case we will make the client aware. Prices are estimate and subject to change upon vehicle inspection.

Photo/Video Rights

​

When being serviced by Premium Car Care, you give us the right to post photos and videos of your vehicle before, during, and after the service is performed. We will not provide personal details to the internet such as name, address, or license plate number without client permission.

Service Guarantee

​

If there is a probable and clear cause that we did not properly fulfill the package ordered, we will provide a refund at our cost or redo the portion of the service. Clients must report any mistakes made by our company within 24 hours of the job. Failure to meet this time frame will not guarantee correction. Redos, refunds, and reimbursements will not be made after unauthorized cleanings from the client. Refusing a redo for the unsatisfactory portion of your service limits refunds to 20% of the service value.
